How to Cancel
- Sign in to ThreadPort.
- Open subscription management from your account page.
- Select your active plan and complete the cancellation process.
You may cancel at any time. Paid features remain available until the end of your current paid billing period, and your subscription will not renew afterward.
Refund Policy
Because ThreadPort is a digital service, payments are generally non-refundable and no prorated refunds are provided for cancellations or changes of mind.
We will review duplicate charges, significant failures caused by the Service, and cases where a refund is required by applicable law.
Billing or Subscription Issues
If you were charged more than once, cannot complete a cancellation, or your subscription status is not updating, contact us with your registered email address and a description of the issue. Never send your card number or password.
